Panache is Hoylake's only over-25's policy cocktail and wine bar.  They do not want to confuse their customers with a baffling list of sixty or more cocktails.  Instead, their aim is to pick out some of the most popular/on-trend drinks that they feel are simply bursting with flavour and are a 'must try' for any cocktail connoisseur.

The Coda Maine has something for everyone.  They offer morning coffee, delicious homemade paninis at lunchtime, and relaxed afternoons with  tea and cakes and a book of your choice from their bookshelves.  You can even borrow one to take home.  Or you can bring some friends to watch your favourite sports and come back in the evening to listen to some of the best bands around.
