On Sunday mornings from 10.00 a.m. to 2.30 p.m., Head Chef Julian passes on some of the skills and knowledge that he has picked up over his many years in the industry.  With only two students per class, Julian is able to offer the one-to-one tuition best suited to each person's needs, whether an experienced cook or a complete beginner.  Usually, students prepare a three-course meal with home-made bread and spun sugar.  When they leave, each student is given a £20 meal voucher.
