Hoylake (Municipal) Golf Club

The Hoylake Municipal Golf course is a combined parland and links course with ditches and water hazards for added difficulty. This course was used for British Open practice in 2006.

Hoylake Sand Yacht Club

The club is situated on the sea front, sharing the grounds of the local community centre. Made up of roughly equal numbers of sand yachts and parakeet pilots of all ages, there is a wealth of experience that new members will find invaluable.

Hoylake Sailing Club

Hoylake Sailing Club was founded in 1887. On 28 May 1899 the Dock Board granted members permission to erect a boathouse on the shore before the promenade was even contemplated. When the promenade was built, the clubhouse was moved back to its present position.

Tennis coaching for girls

Beginning in January 2010, these fun tennis lessons are designed for girls aged three to eight years old. Other activities include arts and crafts and cheerleading. The first session is free. All places must be booked in advance.
