Hoylake's accommodation offering is limited but will expand considerably in the next three years to meet growing demand.

Current projects include the redevelopment of the King's Gap Hotel, as well as a new golf resort and associated hotel in Hoylake. The projected cost is over £100 million. There are also a number of rumoured smaller boutique hotel projects in the pipeline. It seems clear that the tourism potential in Hoylake could help trigger and sustain significant regeneration in the longer term.
