Using psychological tools, yoga, dance, expressive arts, music and other means, Amazing Lyfe helps participants to learn to really know, understand and accept themselves, to de-stress, relax and blossom, so they can reach their full potential.

Amazing Lyfe runs Amazing Lyfe Projects in schools; Deeper Lyfe Workshops for adults; and Transformational Yoga, mindfulness and chanting classes for everyone.  It also works with Transition Town West Kirby, the NHS, Big Issue vendors and offers private sessions to individuals based on Wirral.
