&lt;p&gt;This family-run cafe has a bright, friendly decor that fits well with their aim to be a venue and resource for the community.  They are ideally situated for this being only a few metres from Holy Trinity School with whom they arrange to provide cakes for the school's Open Days and other events at special rates.  They also welcome groups who wish to hold meetings or small events in a relaxed atmosphere.&lt;/p&gt;

		<summary type="html">&lt;p&gt;Pam and Les Bell, the proprietors, have been self-employed for more than thirty years.  This new venture has come after a two-year semi-retirement.  They formerly owned Maples Coffee Shop in St  Werburgh's Square in Birkenhead from 1997-2008.  This was a family-run business which included themselves, their daughter and Pam's mother.  Now in her mid-eighties, Pam's mother has even made an appearance at Chantilly in her usual role of washing dishes.&lt;/p&gt;
