This is a friendly, enthusiastic society that has been singing in Hoylake since 1948.

Normally two concerts are held locally per year, and are a mix of traditional repertoire and more modern works. There is also a family carol concert held every year before Christmas.

A warm welcome awaits anyone who enjoys singing. Rehearsals take place on Wednesday evenings (September-May) in Hoylake Chapel Hall.  More tenors and basses are particularly needed.  There are no auditions. Enthusiasm and love of music is more important than technical excellence, although, of course, experienced singers are welcome as well as novices. The society strives to achieve quality performances and likes to think it is usually successful.
