Hoylake's accommodation offering is expanding considerably during 2012 to meet growing demand.

Current projects include the near-complete £6 million redevelopment of the King's Gap Hotel, which will include a restaurant 'Frankies', run by Marco Pierre White and Frankie Dettori, as well as a new proposed £100 million golf resort and associated hotel in Hoylake.

The new 'Royal Hilbre Boutique and Spa Hotel' is also underway, which will include a restaurant.

It seems clear that the tourism potential in Hoylake could help trigger and sustain significant regeneration in the longer term. With this in mind, Hoylake Village Life have established an 'Accommodation Providers' Group, which meets regularly to explore ways in which businesses can work together to help co-ordinate the marketing and promotion of Hoylake.
