In 2011 we are aiming to produce the first issue of the Hoylake Journal – a high-quality, colourful, local magazine full of interesting features, local information, reviews, classifieds and more. Your contributions are invited, and we are particularly keen to hear from local businesses, shops and restaurants who would like to advertise in the Journal. It will be distributed free of charge to local residents as well as to local shops, bars, restaurants, hotels and more.

It will also carry content on this website... watch this space!

IMPORTANT UPDATE: 10 FEBRUARY 2011
It has been reported that someone has been attempting to sell advertising space directly to businesses in Hoylake and Greasby, claiming to be a representative of Regional Media and also claiming that Regional Media's current publication The Hoylake Messenger is to be renamed The Hoylake Journal.

This person does not work for Regional Media or Hoylake Village Life.

Hoylake Village Life's proposed publication the Hoylake Journal has no connection whatsoever with Regional Media nor with the person concerned. Both Regional Media and Hoylake Village Life are extremely concerned about these reports.
