Panache is Hoylake's only over-25's policy cocktail and wine bar. They do not want to confuse their customers with a baffling list of sixty or more cocktails. Instead, their aim is to pick out some of the most popular/on-trend drinks that they feel are simply bursting with flavour and are a 'must try' for any cocktail connoisseur.
They have, of course, some of the 'classics' on their list and aspire to specialise in a selection of cocktails that will have something to please everyone's palate.
Panache are all about extras and offer variations on many of their cocktails. These variations add a twist of different/fresh flavours to the more well-known cocktails.
If customers would like something that is not on the menu, then they only have to ask. One of Panache's specially trained team will do their upmost to create it.
