Hoylake's accommodation offering is expanded considerably during 2012 to meet growing demand.

The King's Gap Hotel, including a Marco Pierre White restaurant, is already up and running. And in the pipeline is a new £100 million golf resort and associated hotel.

The new 'Royal Hilbre Boutique and Spa Hotel' project is on hold while a new developer is being sought, which will include a restaurant.

It seems clear that the tourism potential in Hoylake could help trigger and sustain significant regeneration in the longer term. With this in mind, Hoylake Village Life established an 'Accommodation Providers' Group, which evolved into a wider business group which now meets regularly to explore ways in which businesses can work together to help co-ordinate the marketing and promotion of Hoylake.
