Here we introduce the current Hoylake Village Life (HVL) Directors (as of January 2015). If you would like to become a Director please email us and we will tell you how to apply. Directors receive no remuneration for any work they do for or on behalf of Hoylake Village Life.

An introduction to the HVL Directors

Linda Gardiner (Chair)

Works with Housing Association in Liverpool. Volunteer co-ordinator.

Chris Moore (Hon Treasurer)

Chris has been committed to Hoylake since moving here in 1993 to become the Secretary of Royal Liverpool Golf Club. He is a former RAF Group Captain who was awarded a CBE for services to the RAF in 1992. He is now retired but was intimately involved in the arrangements for the return of The Open in 2006, he became a Director of HVL in early 2011 and is also Chairman of Hoylake Conservation Areas Residents' Association.  He is “dedicated to making Hoylake a better place for all".

Richard Stowe

Resident of Market Street and has a background in local government community development, youth work, working in local schools and as a senior lecturer in universities.

Rose Kirkby

MD of Active Public Relations Ltd.

Stewart Lowther

MD of Atmos Consulting Limited.

Paul Wharmby

Managing Director, Advance Business Vision Limited.
