Pilates Wirral is Wirral's first and only dedicated Pilates matwork, reformer and tower studio situated in Hoylake, Wirral. Both the Pilates reformer and tower or cadillac as it is also known, are machines which were also designed by Joseph Pilates. He created these to supplement the matwork practice and to further increase the body's flexibility. These can also be used to challenge clients much more than the traditional Pilates matwork exercises. To learn more about this and Andrew's experience and additional professional qualifications in order to teach on these machines, please visit the About us page.
If you are new to Pilates or have attended classes at another Pilates studio, our Any questions? section should hopefully explain all you need to know about starting Pilates classes at Pilates Wirral. Our Classes & Prices page details the classes on offer at Pilates Wirral and explains what you need to know to ensure that you are choosing the right Pilates teacher with the relevant qualifications for your needs and long term goals.
