We have taken inspiration from many of our favourite bars (we've been to a lot of them!) and created a design, a concept, a look and feel that we hope you will all love.
The bars of Manhattan and Brooklyn are some of our favourites and we have bought some of that to Hoylake to create a unique environment.
Although the surroundings will change, the faces behind the bar will remain familiar, with a few new ones to make friends with too.
The Football and Golf will remain, and so they should, after all we do have the biggest and best screen on the Wirral!!!
When you come to visit us, make sure you try something new. Whether is be one of our hard to find world beers (including ones from as far away as Liverpool!) to one of the many speciality cocktails we have to offer.
HOOSE will also be available to hire for private parties.
