The Blue Anchor

A large family-friendly pub on Market Street, The Blue Anchor is the place to go to chill out with a drink, or take the family for some traditional pub grub.

The pub has a long, central bar with lounge areas on either side, and an outdoor seating area with car park at the front.  The landlord and landlady, Ronnie and Lynette, have recently taken over the pub, and would like everyone to pay a visit and enjoy themselves in comfortable surroundings.  The Blue Anchor has a football team, and runs pool tournaments, so there is always something going on in this centre of the community.
