The Ship Inn

The Ship Inn is a famous local landmark set back from Market Street in the heart of Hoylake.  Although the building has been altered over the years, the original part is around 280 years old.

The Ship Inn is a popular traditional pub, has a single 'L' shaped bar in the middle of the lounge, and serves a large variety of real ales.  You will find The Ship Inn featured regularly in The Camra Good Beer Guide.

The pub has a garden at the rear, ideal for a drink in the summer.  Home-cooked meals are served, and there is a jazz night every Monday with the Savoy Jazzmen.
